How to send a post-event survey to attendees

  • With Eventbrite, it's easy to send a survey to attendees and gather feedback about your event. By integrating your event with SurveyMonkey or Survmetrics, you can quickly import attendee email addresses and create a customized survey to send out. If you created your own survey form using an outside tool like Google Forms, you can also use the "Emails to Attendees" feature to send the survey link to attendees.

Integrate your event with SurveyMonkey

Eventbrite has partnered with SurveyMonkey to make it easy to collect feedback from your attendees. With our Attendee Surveys feature, your attendees' email addresses are imported into SurveyMonkey, and you can send your survey right there, or schedule it for later. Once it's sent, you can take advantage of SurveyMonkey's easy-to-use analytics tools.

To integrate your event with SurveyMonkey, go to your Manage page, find the Extensions section, and select Attendee Surveys. You can use one of the custom templates on Eventbrite, create your own survey, or copy a survey from your SurveyMonkey account.


Note: If you have a repeating event, you can only send a post-event survey for an individual event in your schedule—not all events at once. To get started, just choose a date from the Individual Event Selector at the top of the Manage page.


Integrate your event with Survmetrics

Want to choose which specific attendees receive the survey? All you have to do is integrate your event with Survmetrics. You can import all of your events at once, and then send the survey only to those who attended.

Our Survmetrics integration lets you design and create amazing surveys in minutes, making it easier for you to get the information you need. You can schedule surveys to get sent right after the event ends or a week after it, and analyze your results with their advanced analytics tools.


Email a survey to your attendees

If you've created a survey or form using an outside tool like Google Forms, you can quickly email the survey link to attendees with our Emails to Attendees feature.

After you've created your survey outside of Eventbrite, head over to your event's Manage page to get started. Just go to the Manage Attendees section, select Emails to Attendees, and then choose Create a new attendee email.

You can customize the message how you'd like, and then paste the link to your survey in the message to send out.

Pro Tip: KwikSurveys and SurveyGizmo are also some great online tools you can use to create a survey or form.
